Vendor Agreement Terms
- Vendor shall not sell any goods or services other than those described herein at the event.
- Vendor’s space shall not be any larger than space size set out in this agreement.
- Vendor shall keep their area clean and orderly, and shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and policies.
- Vendor’s staff may announce/advertise the availability of the goods to be sold only while they are within the confines of their vendor location.
- Vendor shall leave their location clean and clear of trash and debris.
- Vendor may play music at their booth, but must be considerate of neighbouring vendors.
- Vendor understands that their spots does not include electricity.
- Vendor is responsible for providing everything they require for their booth, including but not limited to; chairs, tent, signs, table, etc.
- Vendors are not allowed to use TMP, Toronto Motorsports Park, Toronto Motorsports Park 70th Anniversary, NHRA logos, branding or trademarks on any promotional materials, merchandise, decals, etc.
