We require a 14 day notice of cancellation to avoid losing your 50% deposit. Typically 14-21 days notice can move you to another scheduled program with no penalty. If you should cancel 7-13 days from your event you risk losing your 50% deposit fee. Should you cancel 7 or fewer days, you would be charged the entire program fee. Sorry, no exceptions.

Yes, soft top cars do require a roll hoop.

Yes, this happens all the time. Both drivers will have equal time in the morning exercises on track, as well as, the afternoon lapping portion of the program. The cost will however remain the same per person.

Most of the day is in practical experience, classroom being held to a minimum. Mental and physical demands typically exceed desired driving time.

Drag Racing is a sport that relies on a dry racing surface for competition. To remove water on the drag strip, Toronto Motorsports Park uses a combination of machines to dry the track. We will make every effort possible to dry the surface following a rain delay. If an event is cancelled due to inclement weather, the promoter of the race, i.e. Toronto Motorsports Park, OSCA, NHRA, etc… will make the call regarding rain checks and only at the time of cancellation. The Road course will run rain or shine for all events, Open Car Lapping, Motorcycle Lapping, F2000 Driving Experience or Exotic Dream Car Experience. If the weather is too dangerous or there is too much rain for the customer to have a great experience with us, Management at that time will make the decision to cancel and the customers will be notified by phone or email. The customer then will have to contact the office to rebook their date.

We offer a wide variety of food and beverages. We serve hot dogs and hamburgers, nachos, onion rings, fries & gravy, popcorn, slushies, chips and chocolate bars, water, soda pop and a whole lot more!

Yes, bags of ice can be purchased at the concessions.

Track side camping is available. Spots are first come first serve. Reservations for Motorhome sites are accepted for major events and some special events. Contact the track at 1-866-824-7223 or info@torontomotorsportspark.com prior to arriving to ensure camping is available. Racers are welcome to camp in their pit area.

Local individuals sell firewood only during some events. The sellers are usually located behind the washrooms. Stop by the tower to find out. Small campfires are permitted only in the grass areas and we encourage you to contain them with your own fire rings. The top of an old 45 gallon drum, or the hollowed out ring of a car wheel are both suitable options.

Pets are welcome! Please ensure they are leashed at all times and remember to clean up after them. We also encourage you to ensure that your pets are in a safe place when race engines are running because their hearing is much more sensitive to loud noises than that of humans.

Yes. Our restrooms and showers are located in the grey building in front of the concessions. Washrooms can also be found in the camping area and portable washrooms will be brought in as necessary to accommodate larger crowds.

No. Glass containers of any kind are not permitted on Toronto Motorsports Park grounds. Plastic bottles or cans only please.

Yes, we welcome family and friends and will make them feel part of the day. If they will not be travelling with you, please make sure their names have been put on a guest list.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then our payment partner stores your credit card data. Refund Policy

  • In the event of a cancelation by Toronto Motorsports Park only, rescheduling of date will be honoured
  • All registrations are final
  • No refunds or exchanges
  • If a customer does not show the day that they have previously booked, there is not a refund or rescheduling, their purchase will be forfeited

The Road course will run rain or shine for all events, Open Car Lapping, Motorcycle Lapping, F2000 Driving Experience or Exotic Dream Car Experience. If the weather is too dangerous or there is too much rain for the customer to have a great experience with us, management at that time will make the decision to cancel and the customers will be notified by phone or email. The customer then will have to contact the office to rebook their date.

If a customer has booked a date with us and then would like to change the date due to issues with their schedule, etc. This must be done two (2) weeks in advance of the date that they have already booked. There will be no monies refunded if the customer cannot attend the scheduled date or another scheduled date in the season.

Exotic Dream Car Experience (Customer rebooking date once date is scheduled).

Although we do not provide refunds, you may, however, rebook if the original date no longer works for you. Rebookings are accepted up until two (2) weeks before your date.

After this, we are no longer able to move time slots around and a $40.00 admin fee will be charged to reschedule. If you can no longer attend the experience, feel free to transfer it to another person.

In the event of a total rainout, spectators are entitled to 100 percent credit to the rescheduled event date only.

  • All tickets sales are final
  • No refunds or exchanges
  • Customers must retain ticket stub or dated receipt  to enter on the rescheduled date only
  • Credentials will not be honoured for the rescheduled date
  • No Rainchecks will be issued after 1st round of eliminations have been completed for race competitors
  • Rainouts and Rainout policy are at the sole discretion of Toronto Motorsports Park and any affiliated promoters only, the day of the event
  • Toronto Motorsports Park is not responsible for lost tickets

Spectator Policy

To ensure that all guests have a safe and enjoyable visit to Toronto Motorsports Park, please observe these policies, with the knowledge that all fans entering the facility are subject to search, and all items brought through admission gates will be inspected.

YOU MAY enter the facility with:

  • One (1) cooler or bag, on initial entry only.  Cooler bag must fit within these dimensions (10”x12”x8”) and will be checked at admission gates
  • Binoculars, camera, and video cameras
  • Limited amounts of firewood may be brought in by campers.  Cut unprocessed wood only.  No skids, wood pieces or pressure treated scraps allowed.  On major events, firewood can be purchased in the campground area.

Any item deemed oversized or not permitted may not be left at admission gates.  Items must be disposed of or returned to your vehicle.

YOU MAY NOT enter the facility with ANY of the following:

  • Glass bottles, jars or other glass containers
  • Alcoholic beverages of any kind (i.e. liquor, wine, beer) whether sealed or not.  Note:  Alcoholic beverages are allowed only at the campsite of registered campers
  • Firearms, knives or other weapons
  • Fireworks or explosives
  • Skateboards, roller blades, pocket bikes, bicycles, scooters
  • Personal motorized vehicle of any sort, except wheelchairs and ATV’s/golf carts used for race car towing only
  • Or any other item determined by the gate staff to be a safety or health risk

Strollers and umbrellas are permitted through the admission gates, but are not allowed in the grandstands.

  • Armbands MUST be worn at all times.  Armbands deemed to have been tampered with will be considered to be void and the wearer will be removed from the track
  • You must retain your ticket stub or receipt
  • Persons without armbands will be asked to leave the premises or pay the required admission to stay or to re-enter the premises
  • Re-entry to the track is possible only with wristband, hand stamp and ticket stub.  Re-entry will be disallowed if arm bands are deemed to have been tampered with.  A hand stamp must be obtained from the gate attendant prior to leaving the track

Sanctioning bodies (NHRA) and Toronto Motorsports Park determine racing schedules.

  • Campfires are allowed only in designated camping areas
  • Fires must be controlled and should not be left unattended
  • Any unruly behavior will result in immediate removal from the track, and may result in the expulsion of the entire group associated with the individual.  No refunds will be granted
