Bone Shaker Jet Truck

Bone Shaker is a custom-built 1981 International Transtar 4300 race truck, packing an astonishing 18,000 horsepower and generating 36,000 pounds of thrust from its J79 General Electric Turbo Jet Engine. Originally designed as an axial-flow turbojet for fighter and bomber aircraft, the J79 transforms this massive machine into a high-speed spectacle, delivering a breathtaking display of fire, smoke, and raw power on the track.

At the helm is Rick “Hollywood” Kopp, the owner and pilot of Bone Shaker, with over 30 years of racing experience. His journey began at just eight years old in motocross, eventually progressing to door slammers, Top Dragster, and Nitro Nostalgia Funny Cars. With a lifelong passion for speed and performance, Rick continues to push the limits, thrilling fans with the unmatched intensity of jet-powered racing.

Wheel Standing Fire Truck

Hailing from Mansfield, Ohio, former state trooper, EMT, and firefighter Rick Ream delivers an electrifying performance in his 1950 Bullet Nose Studebaker. As he wheel-stands down the entire track, sparks fly from the front fenders, flames roar from the exhaust, and fireworks shoot into the sky—all while sirens wail and lights flash. Behind the wheel, Rick expertly manages nearly 15 different controls, all while navigating by looking through the car’s floor to see ahead. It’s a thrilling spectacle of precision, skill, and pure adrenaline.

Northern Warrior Jet Car

Neale Armstrong has been immersed in the world of drag racing from an early age, growing up within sight of Dragway Park in Kohler, Ontario. His passion for the sport led him to his first job at the track as soon as he was old enough. In 1990, he took on the role of Head Starter at Dragway Park—now known as Toronto Motorsports Park—and has remained a dedicated part of the team ever since. Today, Neale serves as the Race Director, continuing his lifelong commitment to the sport.

In 2001, Neale returned to the driver’s seat, piloting a Jet Dragster in Lou Brookman’s “Chariot of Fire,” where he achieved an impressive best run of 5.17 ET at 302 MPH. Now, he races his own self-designed Jet Dragster, the Northern Warrior, a 300-MPH powerhouse powered by an F-5 Fighter Jet engine. His deep-rooted experience, both on and off the track, makes him a true force in the world of drag racing.

Top Fuel Dragsters

The fastest and quickest accelerating machines in drag racing, these cars reach an astonishing 336 MPH in just 3.62 seconds over a 1,000-foot track. With acceleration forces hitting 6 G’s, they launch off the line even faster than a space shuttle at takeoff. In just 0.8 seconds, they’re already surpassing 100 MPH—blink, and you might miss them.

Fueled by Nitromethane, these high-powered beasts deliver an earth-shaking performance, pushing the limits of speed, power, and engineering. The sheer force and intensity of a run make for an unforgettable experience, thrilling both drivers and spectators alike.

Nitro Funny Cars

Nitro Funny Cars are among the fastest vehicles on the planet, packing over 10,000 horsepower and rocketing down the track at 339 MPH in just 3.79 seconds over a 1,000-foot distance. Fueled by supercharged Nitromethane, these machines are built for pure, unrelenting power. With their tilt-up fiberglass or carbon fiber bodies mounted on a custom-fabricated chassis and a front-mounted engine, they are instantly recognizable and engineered for maximum speed.

The key to their jaw-dropping performance lies in the fuel system, which delivers an extreme level of power. Over the course of a single run—including starting, burnout, backing up, staging, and the full race—a Nitro Funny Car can burn through as much as 15 gallons of Nitromethane. The sheer intensity of these machines makes every pass down the strip an unforgettable spectacle.

Pro/Mod: The Fastest Door-Slammers in Drag Racing

Pro Modified cars are high-horsepower, purpose-built drag racers designed to resemble street cars while delivering extreme performance. As one of the fastest classes of drag cars with working doors, these machines feature bodies modeled after classic muscle cars, hot rods, and even small pickup trucks, combining nostalgic style with cutting-edge engineering.

Equipped with superchargers, turbochargers, or nitrous oxide, Pro Mods generate immense power, reaching speeds of over 400 kilometers per hour. A signature feature of these cars is their long rear wing, which extends from the back windshield to provide crucial stability and downforce at high speeds. With their aggressive stance and blistering acceleration, Pro Modified cars offer an exhilarating spectacle on the drag strip.
