Booking & Payment Terms:
- All events must be pre-booked with a 50% deposit to secure your date.
- Final balance is due 60 days prior to the event.
- If booking is made within 60 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- For multiple date bookings, final balance is due 60 days before the first event.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations not approved by Toronto Motorsports Park will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or full payment, whichever has been made.
General Policies:
- All guests—participants, crew, and spectators—must sign the Toronto Motorsports Park waiver prior to entry.
- No subletting, selling, or soliciting allowed without written approval.
- Outside food or catering is not permitted unless approved in advance. Catering options available upon request.
- Liability insurance is required for all rentals. Cost varies by session (day or evening) and will be provided at booking. If you have your own insurance, it must be approved by our insurer.
Rental Details:
- All bookings are basic rentals. Any staffing or additional services beyond the base package will be quoted separately and billed upon approval.
