Pit Wall

The 3 km road course was built at Toronto Motorsports Park in 2000.   The track was designed so that it can be configured into two shorter courses (1.8 km and 1.2 km) to suit a variety of driver abilities from novice to pro. A major feature is that the track is flat and provides lots of run-off area, making it much more forgiving of driver/rider error.

The track is typically booked to capacity by automobile and motorcycle clubs, racing teams, corporate groups, Advanced Driver Training Schools, the F-2000 Performance Racing School, vehicle testing and filming sessions. There are also open lapping days for cars and motorcycles where participants enjoy their high performance vehicles without the limitations imposed by operating regulations on the road.  People appreciate the forgiving nature of the flat track that avoids potential damage to their expensive vehicles. Operation continues into winter with the Advanced Driver Training Winter Program.
